Pulling Each Other Along Award
Nominate someone whose kindness, service and commitment have created meaningful opportunities for people in the disability community.
The inspiration
This award is inspired by the kindness shown to Dave Clark when he was in first grade. One classmate noticed what Dave needed and took action so he would not be left behind.
The Pulling Each Other Along Award recognizes people who live that same message today: notice others, include them and take meaningful action.
A simple act of kindness can change the direction of another person's life.
A D3Day award honoring people who make inclusion, opportunity and encouragement part of the way they live and serve.
About the award
The Pulling Each Other Along Award celebrates individuals who make a meaningful difference by supporting, including and encouraging people with disabilities.
A strong nominee may be a family member, coach, teacher, caregiver, volunteer, business leader, teammate or community advocate. What matters most is the impact of their actions and the way they help others move forward.
