About Dave & Doug

Dave Clark is a Corning, New York native, professional baseball player, coach and disability advocate. Diagnosed with polio at ten months old, he built a 17-year professional playing career and more than 55 years in professional baseball leadership. The D3Day founder is a recipient of the Bo Jackson Courage Award, Hero of Sports Award and Giant Steps Award.

Doug Cornfield is an author, speaker and former University of Georgia scholarship athlete. He directs D3Day and co-leads inclusive sports experiences nationwide. Author of A Pound of Kindness and Pulling Each Other Along, Doug brings a practical, relationship-centered perspective to the Dream Loud program.
